$1,200,000 for a woman who was allowed to wander out of her nursing home and suffered hypothermia, Bucks County, PA
$1,200,000 For woman with a severely fractured ankle caused by automobile accident, Bucks County, PA
$1,150,000 For man blinded in one eye by errant golf ball, Lehigh County, PA
$1,034,000 - Verdict. Judgment was obtained in a legal malpractice claim against an attorney who was alleged by the Plaintiff to have failed to competently handle his hostile workplace and wrongful termination claims.
$1,000,000 For woman with brachial plexus injury caused by automobile accident, Bucks County, PA
$ 975,000 For hospitalized woman suffocated by improper restraints, Montgomery County, PA
$750,000 - Settlement. The consumer/plaintiff failed to take prescribed medication, was hospitalized and later became a nursing home resident. Developed Stage IV pressure ulcers.
$750,000 settlement for a mentally disabled resident of a group home in Pennsylvania who choked on a sandwich.
$600,000 - Settlement. Pressure ulcer on severely medically compromised nursing home resident. Uncovered substandard conditions in the nursing home - including rodent infestation.
$600,000 - Settlement. Severe eye injury from fall in nursing home. Uncovered questionable practices of the nursing home ownership team.
$600,000 - Settlement. Improper administration of Coumadin. Uncovered corporate issues with ownership team.
$460,000 - Settlement. Stage IV pressure ulcer that fully resolved. Uncovered months of fabricated medical records.
$425,000 - Settlement. Hospital-acquired Stage IV pressure ulcer suffered by a patient with highly extensive co-morbid conditions.
